About Bob and Andrew
Posted on June 5th, 2008

Andrew and Bob met at the prestigious Vancouver Film School in early 2005. At first, they held a bitter rivalry full of back-room lies and professional misconduct, however a mutual love of justice and hard alcohol turned the two into friends. They have been producing comedy together ever since.
Bob and Andrew hope to one day become rich and famous, so they can quit their jobs, move to Hollywood, and spend all day by the pool surrounded by vacant whores and “yes men”. They’d also like run a farm.
As a comedy tag-team, Bob and Andrew compliment each other like soy sauce and egg noodles, or soy sauce and rice. Andrew is very much interested in language, malapropisms, verbal barbs and such. Bob is an observationalist, quite adept to pointing out life’s infirmities under various lighting. He has a penchant for the dramatic, penning several feature screenplays that lean more to the serious side. Bob also enjoys working within the science-fiction genre (aliens, space, etc). Andrew has written a number of unproduced sitcom pilots, often exploring characters of a defeatist nature. His favorite colour is blue.
Aside from sketch comedy, Bob and Andrew are currently focusing on producing several pilot scripts as well as feature treatments.
They model their work ethic after the mid-1980s Edmonton Oilers powerplay unit.
